• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I be a happy camper. looks just like a stock silver RT-S, but I will confirm with pics this evening. on my way to pick it up soon as the LOML gets home. lovin life!:yes::yes::yes:

That's great. It always surprises me how few miles some folks put on their bikes.

I cannot tell you how many times I have run into this situation,in both the 2 wheel world and now in the 3 wheel one. I bought my 1st Yamaha Venture in three years old,3500 miles for less then half what a new one cost. In 2011 I bought a 2008 Royal Star Venture with 450 miles on it again for less then half what a new one cost and got two new helmets with headsets in them. It was their 1st bike and it scared them it took them 3 years to get past the emotional investment and let it go. My Spyder was 3 years old and again less then half what he paid for it new, including two helmets with BT headsets. In this case he had been diagnosed with Dementia and didn't dare ride anymore. Knowing there are so many good low mileage bikes out there it makes it hard for me to buy new.

I'm glad that the right deal finally came your way!:yes::yes:

It's Time to RIDE!! :2thumbs:

Back in mid 2013 when I was looking at used Spyders in my area, the majority of them had 4,000 miles or LESS!

I picked up a 2011 RTS June of 2013 and it only had 450 miles on it! Was garaged in Palm Springs for almost 2 years.

Yes it amazes me how few miles people put on them before selling them.

Congratulations..!!

Fine machine and a great choice...:2thumbs: let the fun begin...:ohyea:and if you can't do better than the last owner your fired..!! :roflblack::roflblack: enjoy the miles of smiles and the rock star image.....

:congrats: on your new RT. The 2012 is considered the "best" year of the 998's.

Great bargains to be found and "garage queens" are a great find.

Hello everyone!
I am new to Spyder lovers, I just purchased a 2012 rtl. I love this cycle and cannot wait to get it on the open highway.
