Do I need the 'enertainment harness' to install the cb and communications package? I think that harness is already installed in the limited?

I'm 00.01% sure it isn't :roflblack:....sorry, I couldn't help myself.

I had to purchase the entertainment harness for my 2012 RT Limited. It would have been nice if it was included; as, cost aside, the installation required a bit of effort by the dealer.

Your BRP dealer can confirm.

Unfortunately it is not. We just had cb's installed on both of our new 2012 ltd's and the harnesses were required

And that ain't the worst part

When I bought my spyder I ordered all the parts....CB , audio stuff etc. which all together cost a pretty shekel. What REALLY surprised me was when I went in to pick it up....I got an additional bill for installation and additional cables needed , never mentioned that the install wasn't included in the purchase price and that all cables needed weren't included either.Surprise , surprise. For what the items cost you'd think installation would be included .

Never included becuase BRP would have no way of knowing how much a shop will charge for the hour(s) of labor... :shocked:
