2012 rss vs 2013rss vs 2014 rss

sorry for the confusion but i want to buy an rs s can am , but I don't know which one is better. like the 2014 rs s has the air vent to help cool the engine, does the 12's and 13's overheat and are there any known issues with the 12's and 13's. i know i sound paranoid but I just want to get the best one for me without dealing with mainly over heating issues, and i want to know the differences so i can have a more enjoys ride. thank you for reading my rambling lol.

I have a 2012 with over 30,000 miles with no problems...well taken care of and well maintained and you will be fine with any of them...pick a color which is the main difference...:thumbup:

The 2012 has the older 990 series engine, with it's "throttle by cable" setup, and a bit more horsepower.
The later bikes have a "throttle by wire" setup, and while having less ponies under the plastic; they do have more torque.
But get make sure that whichever one you get has the hood scoops from the 2014 RS on it already; it might help to prevent problems...

Brand new RSS. Love the colour combination and I think (could be wrong) the blue is called Denim blue.
