• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2012 Brake Pads

If you are putting new brake pads on the front brakes of a pre Brembo Spyder, and you are buying the EBC pads you may or may not get the little clips that hold the pads to the caliper pistons. EBC USA in Las Vegas had some trouble with their packaging company who forgot to put the little clips in when they were sealed up. If you get one of these packages without the clips call EBC in Las Vegas (google the number) and request the clips. They will send them right out to you. I talked to Robert and he knew what I was talking about right away. EBC seemed to be very good people to talk to and deal with, so don't get stuck using old clips.Your new pads should have come with new clips,If yours didn't then call and they will take care of it.

Thanks .....

Wonder if they will send the clips if I bought the pads before they started putting the clips in the packaging...:dontknow: guess I can give them a call... for the information...

I have bought tens of sets of EBC pads and NOT ONE SET has had the clips. Baja Ron has seen them but they were short lived and disappeared quickly. Currently available sets do not have the clips.

They need to make these available cheap and easily for the many hundreds of sets of pads they have shipped without them.
