• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

i have only had my spyder since July 2021 , when I got it someone had a couple of strings of little LED Lights on the back of the top box , I didn't like them , so I worked getting the lights off , and the sticky stuff of it and they had wires hanging out when the top box lid was closed , soooo I cut the wire and pulled each end out . as I said I have only had the spyder a short time and I never noticed if the tail lights are on in the day light ??? because now they are not.... everything else works as far as I can tell , head lights , turn signals , brake lights ... everything... except for Tail Lights .... any Ideas ???

Well the number of things that could possibly be causing this are large .... I think you will have to remove some tupperware and trace those cut wires ..... good luck .... Mike

The 1st thing I would do is check the fuses. If blown replace. If not you will have to start removing plastic to see what's wrong.

I would defiantly do both of these things that have been suggested! Open her up and get all the way back to where the wires tie into the harness, get rid of all the loose wires you can, you may find it was a plug and play set up that has a wire jumper you just unhook and replug the harness back together! Then get into the fuse box and check your fuses, or maybe you with have to change a bulb and your going to be right there with it open to check that out also!!! Good luck, go slow you'll get it!! P.S you also could have a issue with your brake switch.

There are two filaments in the bulb on the rear of the Spyder. One filament is each bulb is for the rear running lights and the other filament in the same bulb is for the brake lights. If the rear brake light works but the running lights on both sides are not working, then there is probably a faulty wire aft of the bulbs. I don't think it will be the bulb because it would be unlikely for both to go out at the same time. Go luck in your troubleshooting.

I guess I need to buy one of the real good Shop Manuals . there is a Dealership in Greeneville Tn.... about 15 miles from my house . closed Sun. and Mon. . soo might ride down there Tue. thank you folks for all the ideas .,
