• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

brake pedal

any chance you had your foot on the brake pedal inadvertantly? that will set off the nanny....try removing the key take it a few feet away and then coming back and see if it does it again...mine did that in west texas right after i bought it, but i'd been stopped for gas and left it on a little while. we found a motel, then read on SL how removing it and taking it away for a distance 'resets' the nanny? try reading the codes on it if they persist, there's instructions on spyderhelp.com, Roger Rattigan also made an app you can download with troubleshooting and code reading procedures. let us know how it works!

Have to agree..!!

:agree: riding the brakes can start a list of codes. there is an app for your phone from our own Rattigan Roger that is free. Download it "my spyder" for Iphones and "spyder codes" for android. This will give you how to read the codes and how to deal with them....

Make sure all relays are pushed in. Mine did this coming back from Spyderfaest. After I pushed in all relays and walked away for 10 minutes everything was fine.

Could be a voltage drop. Check battery connections etc. Were you able to shut it down and restart without any codes?
