• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I need some forum help. I have finally got everything together to make the purchase, but now my dealer doesn't have a red rts available. They said they would try to locate one for me but i am not sure if i want them to. What is the consensus? Should i wait for the 2012's to arrive or have them try to locate one? Thanks
 
I was over in Beaumont TX last Wednesday, and the can am dealer has a Red RTS. The dealer is Beaumont Tractor, which is weird that they are a spyder dealer. I had to stop by and see for my self, but they have 2 spyders (the red RTS and a magnesium RSS) on the showroom floor, behind all of the Kobato tractors.

Just fyi...

At this point I would hold off for the 12. For some reason it appears to me that there is a delay in shipping the 12’s but I’m holding that my 12 Limited will make it across the border and the wait is worth it.
 
I am sure supplies are getting thin, but if the '11 has what you want on it and you can do without some of the '12 upgrades, then you might get a good deal on the '11. One of the bad things about that, you are pretty much stuck with whatever they have, or can find. Good luck with the decision and I am sure you will be happy with the purchase either way you go.

Wild West has a good Service Department(Nothing close to Cowtown) Dan is the Service Manager, I have had my Spyder RTS SE5 serviced there since March 2010. I hope this helps in your decision making.
