I think Lamont did the right thing.
It is BRP's vehicle. Sounds like they had a signed contract with the company doing work for them NOT to take or publish any pictures or information.
BRP paid the contractor and someone violated the agreement.
I think it is more important to maintain integrity than it is to satisfy our curiosity (which, by the way, will get satisfied soon enough anyway).
I don't think we suffer from too much integrity anywhere in society today. If Lamont leaves the pictures up (as much as we'd like to see them) he encourages who ever it was that violated the contract with BRP.
It isn't a matter of what you can get away with. It's a matter of what is right.
I agree, it isn't a national security issue. But right is right. It is one of the reasons SpyderLovers.com is a great place to be.
I am not a grasshopper, but I can wait.
Dealer show starts today. Not sure if it will show up on the web today or not but if it's like Honda it will. :dontknow:So apparently the 2010 announcement is now Thursday instead of today?
I'm anxious because my wife actually said I could upgrade if I wanted to (before I even made the suggestion!)

He is currently working on the new 2010 touring edition of the :spyder2:.
It will have the frame of the Sea-Doo - foot boards, bigger ROTAX engine, engine auto-kill switch (fire prevention), etc! He will have it ready for the introduction at his BBQ!
Well I'm here at the show.Went on patrol this morning at 7am.Found the show room got a quick look and some gal as mean as my 4th grade teacher told me to close the door and be on my way.So as tough as it was I did what she said.I walked clear around this big big building and saw them putting the new wraps on the sides of the semi's under security!
Here is what I saw in the room:
1-everything BRP makes atv's boats, snow and jet ski's etc.I saw a Spyder display and it had several blue Spyders on it.I saw the windshield w/power adj.
2-Big turn sig's.with lights on the backs of the mirrors.
3-the units looked about the same size.
4-I think I saw a motorcycle or scooter on the display.
Doors open @8:30 pm edt.I'll get back to my $200 room bout 1am and will post what I have seen.
