There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. 2010 RTS fog light adjustment

Here in Aus on the EU/AUS spec Spyders, there's a brass knob alongside the adjuster for the main beam headlights....

Do the North American spec Spyders get the extra adjusters with the fog light kit?? :dontknow:

How do you adjust the fog lights on a 2010 RTS?

As far as I know, there are no adjustments to the fog lights. There are only adjustments to the main headlights.

Aha!! Another thing you lot in North America miss out on!! Not that adjusting them does a heap tho, they are physically waaaayy too low to be much good except for lighting up snake bellies as they pass - but at least we get two adjusting knobs per side!! One for the upper lights, one for the lower lights!

You'da thunk that if they hadta make the lower light inserts for Aus/EU anyway, as they do (for us, they are the Low Beam lights!) which means they ARE making lights for that position that DO come with adjusters, then surely they'd use the same Assembly for the kit they sell you lot for your Fog lights, wouldn't you?!? :dontknow:

I know years ago in a simpler time, an actual foglight was amber and mounted low on the vehicle to "see under/thru" the fog. now days they are clear for some reason.

No actual adjustments; but you could try playing with their mounting bolts, and see if there's any room for movement available.

We don't get the fog light adjustment knob in the USA

In case you're not aware of it, in the US and Canada the fog lights are fog lights. Overseas the "fog light" is actually the low beam headlight. That's why they're adjustable on the overseas versions.

Yup! :agree:
I suppose that the question could be asked: Is it possible to import the pieces from the Australian bikes, and add the adjustability to our foglights? :dontknow:

Here's a photo

You can clearly see that allowances are made for High beam AND Low beam headlights.
Here in the States, we only have the High beam adjuster installed.
