2010 RT: Wake-Up & Triple Play

Has anyone found lighting devices like Wake-Up and Triple Play for the 2010 RT that DON'T require some conversion/modification? I'd like to employ one of them, but Wake-Up doesn't seem to fit the 2010 RT and Triple Play requires an expensive conversion. It also appears that few of the lighting mods on the market only fit the Spyder, not the RT.

I had my RT at the dealership all this week to install my CB/communication center,XM radio and
while they had all the panels off they installed "Street Magic Front Fender Tips, Front LED Mud
Flaps and Spyder Day Runners" and on top of that did my 3K service:doorag:

Let me tell you right now my bike is so well seen, I think I must be Brad Pitt or the President with
all the head turns. I was considering the triple play but, removing/sending/installing
for more than double the price of the RS version wasn't in the cards. I ordered the Day runners
in amber so they would also work as turn signals, but the technician when I went to pick up explained
that he didn't hook them up that way, because they were white,:yikes: not amber like I had ordered,
anyhow, he was prepared to re route the wiring to make me happy, and after looking at the bright white,
and liking it I said , just leave it like you got it. And if I was to do it all again I would keep it this
way, from a distance I probably look like a Porsche or Audi

But I gotta tell ya, Get the Front LED Mud Flaps and you won't be sorry, in fact after you put those
on and the Front fender tips, everyone will see you and know which way you are turning. And I think
it will enhance the stock brake lights even more. I too am concerned that I won't get rear ended,
and these 3 lighting components will do the trick for me.

I wanted this done before my trip with westcoastspyders journey to Carson City, Nevada at the end
of the month. So if your able to Vegasryder, come check it out, I think you will be completely impressed.

Actually the RT Triple Conversion is much, much more than the RS Triple Play and it's name does not really do it justice.

Because the RT conversion is actually so much more involved than the RS Triple Play kit is why it is done here at ESI.

It is actually more like having both the RS Tail light conversion and the Triple Play both done at the same time.

The RT also uses much larger LED pucks with twice the LED's in each one. (48 in the RT as compared to 24 in the RS) So again they are a bit more as well.

The custom harness, bigger LED pucks, different RT Triple Play Brain, along with the additional labor is what make up the price difference.

It is because the RT Triple Play Conversion is more akin to doing both the RS Triple Play and RS Tail Light Upgrade all at once that makes it seem so much more than just an RS Triple Play.

However, the increase in cost as compaired to these two RS items is really only $70. This is because of the different materials and additional labor. But, unlike the RS Triple Play there is nothing for you to have to do for the install other than plug the lights back in as all the labor is done for you here at ESI.

Just that with an RT you have to do what boils down to doing both these upgrades all at once rather than one at a time, which is what made these two other mods seem more affordable their being in smaller bites. :thumbup:
