2009 rs turn signal lights

when I turn on the right turn signal the rear left signal light comes on

when I turn on the left turn signal the rear right signal comes on

had a gps wire installed started right after the install

any ideas what could cause this to happen

There a are probably two connectors located between the two lights. You will have to remove the screws from the cover under the rear fender and reverses the wires. I suspect they were simply reversed when the gps was installed.

got my turn signal light straighten out. my friend was able to take the dashboard out and switch the conectors
