There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Battery replacement
Update: The lights on the front of the fenders gave a little blip when I turned the key. Still nothing on the dash.
Maybe the battery just needs charging?? I put a battery tender on it.
I'm fairly positive the polarity is correct. Haven't checked the fuses yet.

There are is 2 wires for the Pos + post, did you leave one off ?

2008 GS Battery Replacement
Checked all the fuses (in Frunk and Under the Seat) and they are OK.
Rechecked connections and Red/Positive with two wires connected correctly.
Black/Negative connected correctly.
Battery Tender shows solid red Charging light and blinking green Storage light.
Still nothing showing up on the dash console.

if you have jumper cables hook it up to the car and see if it comes to life. If it does the battery is needing a charge which a tender will not do. If it does not then there is some missing/bad connection. Could be the ignition switch or faulty ground...let us know..:thumbup:

What's the difference between a "BS" and the one I replaced which didn't have the BS on it?
