2008 Givi racks

Anyone have a set of these for sale of a new suggestion to put hard bags on my GS? I’m late to the game on this modification and could use a little help!

Following. Finding accessories for the 2008's is next to impossible.

found this on ebay they are not givi but may fill the bill as side cases. the bags look like they are permanently attached to the brackets.

Thanks Remus. I saw those a couple days ago. My concern is the rear bracket. Thinking about vibrations and noise (rattle).

I agree that's the only reason I haven't purchased them. I currently calling motorcycle junk yards in the area to try to find a serviceable used set.

If you're looking for Givi saddlebag mounts to fit the RS and GS models, here are the instructions for installation. The mounts are for PLX Givi type bags. Look at the number 3 part in second attachment to see what mount looks like.

Here's what a set of givi bag mounts look like for the RS/GS. Note the one mount has a triangular piece missing (piece shown in first pic). They're pretty much PLX Givi mounts with a couple modification to fit the spyder. I got these mounts off ebay from a motorcycle parts wrecker.

I know this info is five years old but, these people were very good to deal with. I don't know if they still have any on hand - back then they had quite many.
