• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

20% Wear Helmets

Today was the first day of the year above 80 degrees here in NE Indiana and the riders were out. Helmets are not mandatory in this state. Of the 40 riders, including passengers, I saw today, 8 were wearing helmets.:banghead:

Morons, Why not just ride naked?

One thing I have noticed while traveling across this great country is that riders in states with no helmet requirement tend to wear little safety gear. You'd be more likely to see a rider in shorts, tank top and flip flops in Indiana than you would in Nevada. I guess they realize that if they don't protect their head there isn't much reason to protect the rest of the body. :banghead:

I don't really care if they wear helmets of not ( and we have no helmet law in NH ). Not my business to keep them safe and you can't "drive" someone to it.

and HERE WE go AGAIN . :lecturef_smilie:.someone trying to bully others into their helmet beliefs :bdh: :) :)

You're not going to stop it... Relax, and enjoy the show! :D

I'm an ATGATT kind of a guy, but I've tried to not preach so much about it anymore...
Let the surviving family members decide what they want to do about it!

If he thinks that seeing ME naked :yikes:, would accomplish much...
I can assure him that it would only do ONE thing... :barf:
Make room for more pie! :2thumbs:

Cruising I-10

Was cruising I-10 East of Houston last year pushing 80 when cute chick w no helmet and little else on rice rocket came up and smiled as she pulled a wheelie and away she went. :cus:

 Women riding motorcycles in the nude...

I know the PERFECT video for this new line of thought... :D
But posting it would get me banned, tarred, and feathered!! :yikes:

IMHO, helmets are a necessity but if you don't wear one, don't send me the hospital bill.

went to a bike rally today and made me think of this thread . only saw a couple of HD riders with helmets and seems that more
of the crotch rockets and cruisers were into their helmets and gear. but still very few ....helmets in TEXAS are not very favorable.
I love to ride and will ride with anyone . doesn't matter who you ARE and what or how you ride! KABISH... :2thumbs: :doorag:
