• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Got this on screen capture on my iPad watching Almost Human. Looks like they have only one Police Spyder unit on the show.

I saw that also. I don't think that they run: every scene with the bikes, has had them just sitting still... Looking pretty!

Assuming BRP had to pay to get the Spyder on the show, in my opinion, they got ripped off. there is no actual exposure what so ever, just a climpse every now and then!

:agree: they don't seem to get a lot of exposure. I have no idea what the actual cost is--but am guessing its less than paying for a regular commercial. Watched Iron Chef on Saturday night and they focused on the blenders the chefs were using at least three times--each shot showed the VitaMix logo. There was an actual VitaMix commercial during the show though. :dontknow:

They asked..!!

for the spyders for the show. Brp had nothing to do with getting roadsters on the show...this they should work on getting more celebrities not so much...!!

I've watched every episode so far and there has been a Spyder in each. Series returns Jan 6, after the holidays.

The only way they would get more exposure is to be the main advertisement of the show: "Almost Human: Brought to you by the Can-Am Spyder. Own the trike of the future... TODAY!"
Have that commercial on the show's breaks and that, by Hollywood pricing, is VERY expensive!

:agree: The exposure on T.V. has been... okay...
They'll need to ramp up their motorsports ads; cover ATVs, snowmobiles, watercraft AND Spyders with some sort of slogan like, "We ARE your PowerSports authority!"

Write the ads off across the entire product line! :D
