There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. 2 Jack Stands or 3 Required?

I just ordered a BajaRon Anti-Sway Bar that I will be installing soon. As I am a newbie to Spyderhood, I went out an purchased a 1500 lb capacity ATV Jack (that BajaRon recommended) and 2 jack stands. My question is whether I need to have 3 jack stands (one for the back) or if I can get away with the 2 front jack stands plus the jack under the Spyder and still be safe?

if your cycle jack locks than a stand under the rear shock mount will work just fine if not put a stand under the front a arms.

Here's what I did..!!

jack up the roadster place the jack stands under the A arms close to the wheels for safety and place some blocks under the rear wheel. The atv jack I have works alone but still to be safe support your work...

Thanks All

Thanks for the advice. My cycle jack does lock so I will make sure to use that in addition to the jack stands. Incidentally, I also have car ramps, but I didn't think they'd be high enough off the ground. If they are, I'll probably go that route.

Ramps won't get you there on a 2013 but it is a good start and makes positioning the jack easier on your 2010 they may work though. You will need to move the frunk forward to get at the bolts.

I use two jack stands and some wood blocks under the rear tire to stabilize everything. Works great for me?
