• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Today I rode "the Snake" US 421, and US 91. I rode the entire route, and the road is dang near perfect. Evidence of the lots of damaging wind fall. Lots of big Oaks down, but totally clear of the roads.
The town of Damascus VA is open for business, but it'll be a while before it's back to normal. Stopped into the country store in Shady Valley for a coffee to warm up a bit. Absolutely a gorgeous fall ride. Colors are still good and lots of leaves falling beautiful sunny 68° deg wx.

That is awesome! I was looking into either doing a day trip up to ride the Snake and Back of the Dragon on Saturday, since Saturday was the latest sunset that we will have for a while. But wife had other plans for me, so I didn't get any riding in this weekend. And on top of that, a guy was supposed to come purchase my 2 wheeler on Saturday and I had to put that off also.
