• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

did a terrible 13.40 @ 100.46 I am sorry to say that I have found that the JB is just a thing with lights on it that makes you think you can get the power shifted to where you need it. my worst was a 13.80 and I did about 10 runs. 2.2 60 foot times are bull****. I got some video to put up.

The good news is that my roommate who cut his BMW car in half 3 weeks ago and flew 80 feet on ejection was good enough to take my 00 zx12r with 195 hp to the rear tire to the 1/4 mile as well.

He got his endorsement today and drove 100 miles down there and back and did a 10.50 and ran a 137 mph on another run.
I guess if you run over 130 you need to wear leathers so I went around trying to scab some for him with no luck, he just cut the throttle at the end of the runs. It was the fastest vehicle to come from dirt town, and there was some 70k vipers down there.

Really kills me not to be able to run it because he is terrible off the line and was missing gears and made that time. I know that bike on a good run can hit 9.5ish.

So in closing JB sucks and I NEED a Fing powercomander. The turbo I am putting together for my spyder gets here on friday and I should hopefully have a working setup with mega squirt or whatever I can get to run it in a month and a half. And I am not taking deposits until I have a working prototype

Hey SethO, How do you get any traction with the Spyder?
Back in the olden days i had to use ripple walls on my Charger [440] just to get any kind of traction.

I spent a long time talking with Aerocharger yesterday. They're shipping the first batch of Aerochargers out....

Talked about the JB and while he gave a much more technical opinion of the JB---- SethO isn't far off on his opinion....:sour:.

He said they spoke to BRP and Rotax engineers throughout building their turbo kit to make sure they were doing it right.

Their 'Aerocommander' that comes with the setup does far more than just read the O2 sensor and make adjustments.

If it was closer $3,000 for one of these--- even $3,500 --- I would have one tomorrow---- just hard to justify $5,000.

They really did their homework on these-- and I'm no longer concerned about engine damage at all.

I got the guy that owns steet solutions working out of my garage and 5k is too much for that, I am glad someone took this approch and if I did not have a guy that has been working with turbos and such for 8 years I would have kicked around buying one.

One on the good things is that the STD aluminum wheelchair rack that I am going to test a little more is working great.
