Taking the Spyder in for it's first 600 mile check-up Monday. It's a 90 mile ride to save a few bucks off the cost. Great road trip though. Lots of backroads. Looking forward to it. Still, it's a shame the 3 local dealers priced themselves out of my budget (more on this later). I really didn't think I'd put 600 miles on it in 2 weeks. :yikes:
Besides asking for the B.U.D.S. readout and doing my best to not to put in some wrench time with the tech...any words of advice? Anything I should ask that someone wished they had during their first dealer once over?
I do have every intention of performing the maintenance on my machine as much as I can in the future. Just feel like i should go by the book on the first round.
