• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

185/60-14's on the front

I was browsing tirerack and saw the Yokohama AVS ES100 225/50-15 that some have used on the rear of the spyder. I also saw a matching 185/60-14 that looks like it might work on the front. It is only 0.2 inches taller and 0.9 inches wider.
I just thought it would be nice to have matching tires front and rear....
Anyone try this?
I know the front fenders are pretty close but we are only talking about fractions here.

This is a ultra high performance summer tire so it should be pretty sticky.

I am using 175/65R14 tires and they seem to just fit. Others have said the 180/60R14 tire works for them. You should keep in mind that the fenders are not exactly centered over the tire. I wanted to use the 180mm tire, but didn't feel comfortable enough. I would like to see them on a Spyder first.
