• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hey doc -- now that you know it can be done - you won't let them beat you = will U??
Working on a bigger bore for the engine #1...hope for 190 HP + turbo + shot; the first goal is the 130/150 mph on Salt Flat (last year unfinished business)...

I don't under stand Why you would need 190 hp to get over 130.?
A few people said with an almost stock Spyder they've hit 130 with more to go.:D[on the street no less] One poster even thinks he can do low 12's in the 1/4:dontknow::roflblack:

Interesting that the muffler almost looks stock, although I am pretty sure it isn't, but they ran it up under the seat pan like the sport bikes today are. I wonder what that does for them, besides just change the look? :dontknow:

I have to wonder is VSS and Fuel management going to have to be abandoned to get to these levels:dontknow::dontknow:

The people making these claims must weigh a lot less than me.:roflblack:

I think the easiest way to achieve max speed is drop your Spyder out of airplane. And its no more expensive than burning up your bike.

I think in a "flat" fall (putting the undside of the machine into the wind...), about the best that you could do would be 140mph. Now if you get it to fall nose-first... perhaps 180! What am I saying??? :yikes:

You could always try standing in the trunk on the way down. :roflblack:

The most in a free fall will be 120 to 125 MPH' [Terminal Velocity]
But the MPGs on the way down would be Fantastic.
