Picked up a 1330 oil filter today and compared the size to some Hiflo's I have on hand from my 998 days. Just eyeballing them, they look identical, EXCEPT the Hiflo is closed on one end and the 1330 is open on both. Just thought I'd pass this along FWIW....:clap::clap:
Actually, I like the Hiflo a lot better and wish they would produce one for the 1330. I has more pleats, and they are thicker than the OEM, I'd feel more comfortable with it going 9000 miles than the original.
