• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Thanks for the nice welcome. Although I do not yet own a Spyder, I look forward to learning more about this Reverse Trike and participating in the Forum.

We like to think that the Spyder was built the right way and all other trikes are Reverse. :D

Reverse? My Spyder has two wheels in front - doesn't yours? ;)

Oh - I've been I've been looking at two wheels in front for several years now, so maybe my thinking has reversed (see my profile photo, built two of those). :2thumbs:

Been meaning to ask you about that picture. Is that a Yamaha TW? Looks like a lot of fun, tell us more.

Lamonster, you run a great site here. Great information, links, and the folks are cool too. Thank you, sir for all you do :2thumbs:

New folks, you have found your source for :spyder:information. Read, learn and do.

Yes, I built two of these street legal ATC's by marrying the front end of Yamaha YFZ450 ATV's to the front of the TW200's. I also adapted the motorcycle front wheels of the TW to the ATV hubs so I could use the stock disk brakes of the ATV.

I love these things in the dirt and I have done some difficult jeep trail stuff.

Too bad I can't post a better photo here, but I would need to load one into some web photo bucket or some site like that and I don't do that with my photos. I keep them all in my computer files. We used to be able to directly post photos, from our computer file, to this forum. :(

I have posted quite a bit of information and some photos spread over the past couple of years on a great TW200 web forum: www.tw200forum.com

Cool.

Trikester,

If you wanted a photo popped up you can email it to me, and I could post it right quick. Least I can do after all the great suggestions and advice you've shared here.

(BTW, couldn't get into tw200forums.com this a.m. unless I typed it wrong or it's 'cause I was using Safari and Firefox...)

Oh, yeah, and thanks for saying we're "cool" , trm17118. I'm going to go inform my children right now! :doorag:
