• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

12V plug in

Yesterday I needed to jump 3 bikes during a toy drive. I guess those Harley boys are hard on their batteries. That and my battery posts are the easiest to access. But I was wondering, the accessory plug ins that many RS owners put in the frunk or dash, and the one installed in the RT's rear trunk, is it potent enough to jump a bike battery?

I would not do it, even with an outlet rated at 10 amps. For one thing, the contact area to the plug is pretty small. and arcing could ruin the plug or the outlet. For another, the wire of the plug-in cable would have to be pretty heavy. There is a reason that jumper cables are the size they are.
