• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. 1000 miles and still smiling

I just returned from a 100 mile+ ride, that took me over the 1000 mile mark. My "Big Dawg" is a 2014 RTL. I am averaging 34+ mpg combined city and freeway riding. The dawg has not used any oil and everything is just great. I never thought anything would take me out of my Lexus RX450h, but this comes very close. I am looking forward to many more miles/smiles on this machine. This was a great buy.

:congrats: Glad to hear that it's been nothing but "Miles & Smiles" for you! biker.jpg :2thumbs:
Just make sure to brush your teeth after each ride... :D

Enjoy!!! I think I'm around 1600 myself. Usually I'd put on that many in a month and it's been two but weather has been 'uck'.

Good Times!

My 2013 ST limited is 5 months old and has 2k miles. Runs perfect, uses no oil and am very happy with my dealer in Fenton,MO.

After 75 years and @ 30 motorcycles, my old body was failing so the Spyder was solution to the problem.

Now I love it. I,m totally satisfied with the product and the experience.

Surely there are more of us who are happy, lets hear from you.

Congrats

Just crossed the 2000 threshold myself this weekend. Loving it.

Sorry BRP, but I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks this thing looks more like a Bulldog, than a spider.

My thoughts exactly

The first time I laid eyes on my Spyder, I thought "Big Dawg :b2b:" The name stuck, and I was hooked. Nice day here, think I'll go for a ryde.:)

This is an old thread, but it's so great to see someone still delighted after the first 1,000 miles. Hoping tomorrow that I will be smiling.

WOW - my first emoticon or whatever they are called.
