• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

long story short; I had issues with my DPS from day one back when no one else did so I just pulled fuses and kept going out of fear of being the first unit to be guinea pigged. I rode many, many miles with no help from the DPS and was happy. After a recent ECM update I was no longer able pull the fuses with out throwing a check engine light... I rode a demo unit for a few hours and was blown away by how well the DPS was working on that unit, so I ran to Gargano's and told them; "I need some of that!"

My DPS unit was replaced and its now, "butter smooth". It's amazing to see how well this system works,- when it Works.

glad to hear! Same for me although mine is not replaced yet but the Demo was butter smooth and I noticed after picking mine up on the way home something was off. After taking it back to the dealer BRP is sending a new DPS unit out ! I love my Spyder!

Glad to hear it! So, just how many miles did you put on the Spyder before having this done? With your ryding history I am sure it is a new record. :)

Good to hear. It is encouraging news. Still waiting forever for my DPS to get replaced, will be really nice if it works this time and I am happy. If not may have to unload it before warranty is up. I really want it back and running good.

hard to say....
I disabled it in my first 7k miles and rode 60k+ without it in use.. so it's just been sitting there inactive and still acted up as soon as it was enabled again. In reality it should have been taken care of back at 7k miles.
