• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Gofundme Page For Spyderpops Son Jeremy

For those who has not heard, Harvey "Spyderpops" Clark and his wife Terri recently lost their son Jeremy. He was on his way delivering custom made furniture and passed away unexpectedly. For those who know Spyderpops as a vendor, Jeremy was also one of Harvey's installers in most of the Spyder...

    Is BRP DEALER REQUIRED

That WOULD be the right answer... but it's a twofold. In order for a BRP dealer to achieve a rating, part of that rating comes from the amount of training and certifications the staff has achieved. If the dealer owners don't feel that their techs don't need a whole lot of training... well...

    Dealer networks?

Depends on the dealer. BRP give dealers the tools to do that kind of search and some dealers communicate with other dealers for part swapping and tech help, but the dealers establishes that kind of communications. Some dealers just want to be the "only Coca-Cola in the desert" and don't play...

    Question

When I test rode the F3 the first time, I did not go more than 50mph so I really did not feel any wind issues. Since it was colder, I was wearing my Nolan modular helmet. The second time I test rode the F3 with the demo rides, I went over 60 with the same helmet and felt my chest being hit hard...

    F3S First 8 Days 1000 miles - Review update

My wife and I just made the trip to Daytona, to Key West and back to Daytona, then back home. Rode into the house turning 3009 miles and her F3 got 2700 exactly. All I can say is that I got 55 smiles a gallon and I think she did about the same! LOVE THE F3!!!:doorag:

    Supporting the Spyder on ramps

Forgot to clear something: Cinder blocks below jack stands OR the cinder block on the tires. But do not use cinder blocks on the a-arms!

    Spyder Cat bypass question...

BRP calls it "Primary Muffler" so technically it is NOT a catalytic converter. It is simply, as stated above, an add on from factory to reduce the acoustics.

    F3 AUX LITES

I'm working on getting some DRL's in the a-arms but in a different lumen and control.

    Pricing question

:agree: Especially with the F3 being the new model out. When I bought the 2013 RT-S in 2013 (the new frame and blacked out rims came out), I was lucky to get it MSRP with the vented windshield, adjustable wind deflectors, Bluetooth doggle and trailer hitch installed. Plus they took my old 2010...

    Supporting the Spyder on ramps

I wouldn't trust wood, particularly 2 inches thick. Try jacking both sides as high as you can, place the front tires on cinder blocks, then place the jack on the same level cinder blocks and keep raising until you can place a few blocks that gives you the 22" or more.

    F3 tech tip

I tested the GPS plug last night after I spoke to Harvey about it on Sunday. It goes hot on the key.

    F3 With Trailer

Not too convinced on being there a trailer hitch. The trailer's tongue is right at the license plate area, and that is completely made out of plastic. I think it's just a mockup to see how the F3 with a trailer would look like.

    Aftermarket saddlebag options for F3

I'm in my 30's too, and I agree with Ben. BUT... if you rarely have a passenger, then go for it! I had 2 RT's and enjoyed every mile in them, solo or 2 up. I even traded to another RT when the ST came out and my wife was running on her own RS. I know a lot of folks that started with a GS and...

    F3 tech tip

Lamont, did you use the accessories cable that is under the console like in the picture? I've had a hard time finding it and getting to work. Instead I used the harness that is used to power the BRP handlebar GPS holder (for the New Garmin GPS). That plug is located on the right side under the...
