• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I Am Amazed no one has mentioned the 'New Look' site!

It's a good looking format, but I miss the ability to click an icon and go to the "first unread post" in a thread.

Any ideas on removing Compression Socks without working so hard?

Recently, I followed my doctor's advice and began wearing compression socks because of severe leg and ankle swelling. The doc prescribed a compression rating of 20-30, told me to get my legs measured for fitting and wear them daily during my waking hours. What a difference! Aside from a...

What Portable jump starters are you using?

If you look at the fifth review that Peter listed, the one on Rugged Geek from Lamonster Garage, that's the unit I bought in 2017. It's everything that Finless says it is. I never had to jump a Spyder or motorcycle, but I used it four times on cars. I'd keep it in my Spyder in the summer then...

    2021 Outside Temp Gauge Issue

Funny you mention clocks. I'm highly impressed with the accuracy of the clock on my '20 RT. Aside from semi-annual adjustments for DST/ST I've only had to adjust mine twice in nearly two years. The clock on my old '14 gained about a minute-and-a-half every WEEK!

    2020 RT 2" Risers

I too am mechanically challenged (physically, too), but being very careful not to strip the bolt heads, all went well. I didn't have to move the wiring because the dealer had already done that when they mounted the short reach bar, which didn't work for me. Someone probably will respond about...

    Another windshield question

My F4 windshield DOES work on my 2020 RT Limited. I have the standard height, but extra wide vented shield that I installed on my 2014 RTS. The transfer to my new Spyder did require different rubber grommets for the mounting holes which were graciously provided by F4.

    2020 RT 2" Risers

I just installed Lamonster's riser and I couldn't be happier. I have a 2020 RTS Limited and the stock set up had me stretching a bit to reach the grips. So, I tried short reach bar which moved the grips too close and too high. The riser, with the reinstallation of the stock handlebar...

Review: Lamonster risers for the 2020 RT

Thanks for the review. I'm in EXACTLY the same situation that you were in and I'll be receiving Lamonster's riser any day. My dealer did the initial bar switch, but I'll attempt it myself this time. What size socket will I need to buy to fit the bolts? Thanks.
