• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Buying used - 2015 Spyder F3-S - is this milage/usage a concern?

Depends on area and condition of spyder, 10,000 to 12,000. I have seen them as low as 8,000 (people that were looking for just a quick sale).

Looking at picking up a used Spyder - '08 Spyder or '15 F3S - any input??

The F3S is a much better bike. the F3 has a 1330 engine and the 08 has a 990 engine. The F3 will get better gas milage and better ride. The Spyder is a way different machine than the HD and ride very different, it will take you time to get use to. You can find parts for the F3 and upgrade...

One year on the oil & filters, but only 900 miles - is it OK to change just the oil?

You didn't say what year or model Spyder you have. If it were my Spyder I would call what I have a new oil change with 900 miles completed and keep going until I reach to required miles to change or change in the Fall, whatever comes first. Everyone else should change their oil per manual.

My '21 S2S rattles quite badly for a few seconds after ~5 months layup start - any way to spin the motor without starting?

Not sure about your STS but if you leave the kill switch in the kill position it should still crank the motor over, but it will not start.
