• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    HAPPY O'CANNIBIS DAY

Imagine if Canada had a warm climate, universal health care, and legalized marijuana - it would be a mass exodus of young folk. I am imagining a new route for all the US blue hairs with their RVs driving to Canada for the summer, just like the Canadian I-95 Convoy that heads down to Florida for...

    Ryker first ride video.

I was yelling at my tv wait for him to go back walk and slowly around the Rykers more so we can really see them. Funny how you can have a Spyder for a while and still learn something. When he said it is easier to push instead of pull in corners I never really thought of that. So on my ride in...

Helmets small enough to fit an RS frunk

Summer is coming up and I will be dropping off and picking up my son at the local YMCA for day camp. About six miles from the house. He fits my helmet so what I want to do is have him use my helmet till we get there and use a smaller helmet that fits in the frunk. Then put the one I am wearing...

Suggestion/pics of your manual shift RS floorboards

I am getting a cramp in my thigh from shifting my manual shift SM5 and am thinking of going with some type of floorboard setup. It may also just be the position of my leg but it tends to happen to my left leg. I am going to install the Rivco Risers so I will be more upright sitting which may...

    Issue with my Seal floorboards

I am trying to decide on going for Seal Boards or Rivco boards for my 2012 RS SM5. So the RS SM5 Seal Board comes with a shifter that doesn't work so you guys had to mod it to get it to work?

RS soft saddlebags that work with passengers

Thanks, they look really nice on the Spyder pics page on their site. And hold a lot too.

RS soft saddlebags that work with passengers

What brand and model tank bag do you have? It looks roomy. Did it take much rigging/modding to work on a Spyder.

RS soft saddlebags that work with passengers

Those pics of a large RKA tank bags on Spyder might be all I need. I have a rear hard case mounted that is loaded with stuff for my side job and not much room left in that. But in the warm months I will pick up my son from the YMCA summer camp and need to keep his helmet and riding gear in my...

RS soft saddlebags that work with passengers

Anyone have recommendations for soft saddlebags for the RS that don't interfere with the passenger's feet on the pegs. I was thinking maybe the Nelson Riggs CL-890 but possibly having to install them backwards.

Bajaron's (anti)-sway bar and Heim links made me Curvy :)

I'm no mechanic by any means. Your are really just loosening and tightening bolts. I always give myself plenty of time so I don't get frustrated and so I can double check everything. The instructions were basic but gave enough info and were simple to follow. There is a good video on youtube...

Bajaron's (anti)-sway bar and Heim links made me Curvy :)

I found them on ebay. Looks like it has a route so you don't have to mess with the wires. Here are some pics.

Bajaron's (anti)-sway bar and Heim links made me Curvy :)

I spent the weekend wrenching in between rain spells. I got Bajaron's (anti)-sway bar and Heim links installed. I am new to riding a Spyder and was pretty scared in the curves. I read the cornering fear goes away with time in saddle but I also read this was a great worthwhile mod and that you...

    Lifting my RT

I took advantage of a coupon and bought the Harbor Freight knock-off of the Sears one. Works great, nice and lightweight too.

    New rider in Spotsylvania

I know this is two hours south of you but there is a Gloucester and Dragons Run Spyder Riders group on Facebook. I am still getting my Spider legs, as I just got my Spyder in November, but they go on lots of rides. Some of their rides go up the Northern Neck and Lake Anna. So you might be able...

Does it really take 300 miles?

Yes I keep thinking relax those hands. I am putting the Rivco handlebar risers on for comfort but also hope they take some of the weight off the bars too.
