• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    OK... I have an early 2021 RT Limited, with the OLD front sprocket... After all the talk about this, I ordered the NEW sprocket (late 2021), hoping the sound whirring & whistling at around 45-50 would stop. The news and result?     thanks for the hints.. I did see that brp connect was in bluetooth 2 times..one is from the previous phone, so I deleted that.. but did not see the helmet..I remember from belfore not to pair to the phone and the bike.. so if deleting one of the brp bluetooth doesn't work.. will delete pairings...

    Buttersmooth.. I definitely know the sound.. my new 21 has the same tone as my 18 had... right around 40-45 that whirring and whistling comes thru.. my sena helmet with the noise eliminator has helped alot!... be sure to post the part number of that .. Rick.

    no I haven't cleared out the pairings.. I did mention about when I make a call on connect while riding, brp connect stops and says it is loading but never comes back, until I physically shut the engine off and pull the phone cord out and restart.. so they felt that was a warranty situation...

    ok.. thanks.. it always says connected to phone first...then connected to "device" I am assuming the can am as it shows a picture of the helmet..so will check the software version of the dash..although they did have to replace the dash last fall because of the screen going into a mashed state...
