• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    East Valley riding group....?

We have a Facebook group named "Spyder Ryders Of The Southwest". We are based mainly in the Phoenix Metro area but we do have rydes out to the east valley and also south to the Tucson area. We usually have a 2nd staging point out that way as well. Sometimes a 3rd area as well when we head south...

2015 RTL - Left Saddlebag comes open when Ryding.

It just pops open while I am riding. Doesn't matter if it is "locked" or not. I shut it all the way. Test it. It seems tight but it still opens up when moving. There is nothing in the bag as I don't want to lose anything at 30 or 75 mph. Any Ideas? Jack

    2015 RTL Not Automatically Downshifting.

OK, got the bike back 2 days ago. They replaced the paddle shifter housing and all is well. upshifts nice and smooth and downshifts automatically if I let it. The thinking was that that incorrect voltage was being passed down the line, Jack

    2015 RTL Not Automatically Downshifting.

RydeNow in Goodyear. The service manager took it this afternoon. It failed!!! He even had trouble downshifting manually. Ha has sent all information he could get to BRP. Probably won't hear back until Monday. The good news is that it failed and they saw it. Pam, You seem happy with RN in...

    2015 RTL Not Automatically Downshifting.

2015 RTL SE6 - 15.5k Mi. Brought new 9 months ago. (zero mileage) Having intermittent problems with the bike not automatically downshifting. I'll slow down then stop and the bike is still in 6th gear. Doesn't happen all the time. Not sure if our hot weather is a factor. Fluid levels are fine...

2015 RTL Front axle bushings need to be replaced.

As it stands now I will be taking the bike up to Joe and Ann's place. They will install the Federal tires and also check the arm bushings. If the bushings are in need of replacement I will contact BRP about the warranty and the B.E.S.T. warranty that I have. To me, and others, it seems like a...

2015 RTL Front axle bushings need to be replaced.

Doc, they have the ROLO system where the bike is. I'll double check with them in the morning. Thanks. They did replace the rear tire with a Kenda I'm assuming. What size Federal does the 2015 RTL take for the front two? What kind of milage do you get on them? I probably have about 6K left on...

2015 RTL Front axle bushings need to be replaced.

They want to rotate my front tires and do an alignment. The service writer said they can't do the alignment because of the worn bushings. I don't know a bushing from an acorn as you can probably tell. I haven't ridden through any water that would go over the axle. I was in a couple of real good...

2015 RTL Front axle bushings need to be replaced.

15,500 miles on the bike. Just got it, brand new, on 12/23/2015. BRP will not cover the cost as they are "wearable" parts. 1) is this normal wear at 15.5K miles? 2) is this normal BRP policy? Thanks,

Broke inside latch for the right saddle bag.

I went to pull the latch to open the right saddle bag on my 2015 RTL. I thought it was stuck so I pulled harder and it broke something inside. I didn't realize it was locked. Dumb, I know. How can I fix it or does it need to go to the shop? Jack
