• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Central Arkansas Spyder Rides

Ok, so starting in N LR at Bradford then cruising north/northwest as you indicated in your PM to me makes it dooable (compared to if you were heading south (farther away from me). I can start at Bradford with yall and then drop off during the ride when we reach the point that yall will be...

    Gatlinburg area roads/rides suggestions

Trailering my Spyder to our family 8 night stay in Gatlinburg the first week of August, and I plan to go out most mornings on a 1 to 5 hour exploration as the family sleeps in. I have researched and found dozens of suggested bike rides like of course The Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, etc..., but...

    what up for this weekend

Here in the Jonesboro area, I have seen only one Spyder (though I know "Minister" who is a member here has one up in Paragould area) and the that Spyder I met head on on Highway 63 and think he was just passing thru. So far time has only allowed me to cruise short/mid length runs here...

Manual in PDF form not viewable in iBooks

I have the same issue with my IPad. I can view every other PDF in IBooks but the newest RT manual. We discussed this issue in a previous thread here. I think it might be because the newest manual was created in adobe X version and apples reader has not beeN updated yet for Adobe X?

    Sena SMH10 Bluetooth Communication Review

The mic sits right at the left edge of my mouth and can be moved farther forward if you desire, but its right where I want it. I use it mainly for intercom with my wife, but we both have tried ours with cell phones and it worked great. Price is only about $125 at Revzilla.com...

    Sena SMH10 Bluetooth Communication Review

Not sure why you are having issues mounting it on yours. My wife and I both have HJC CL-MAX II modular helmets and I easily mounted them very firmly (no wiggle) with the included attachements that came with them. Nothing extra had to be purchased. Here is pics of mine with it staying frimly...

Looking for a hands-free stereo bluetooth for my helmet

SENA SMH10 I use it with my Ipad and the speakers in your helmet sound great, or you can use earbuds. You can even use to answer phone if you like and later intercom for wife, etc...

    Corbin Seat on an RT

Agree with leg issues on my RT. 6'5" tall here and knees up high, the angle of knee bend and feet behind knees gets painful after a while. That is why I am currently Spyderless! I took my seat off last Friday and shipped it to KonTour seats, where it currently is being modified along with...

    How old are you?

Just off hand though some kinda laughingly say Spyders are for older riders, but I would think the cost of them adds to that due to teens and 20s and some 30s not being financially stable enough yet to spend the higher dollars that Spyders cost. I know that if Spyder's had exsited when I was...

I am wanting to add an additional power outlet, other than the standard one in the rear trunk, to use to power/charge my iphone/gps/etc... that I will have mounted from time to time on my Kewlmetal GPS/Gizmo bracket that I have ordered. I will put this one outlet near the speaker area...

    Longer grips?

I have read here about Grip Puppies and ISO Grips, etc.. that change the diameter of the grip and comfort of it, etc... BUT what about grip mods or new grips that would make the grips longer? I have large/wide hands and notice especially on left grip that I wish I had about another 1/2" to 1"...

    Paperwork from dealership

That is so wrong! I received my papers about 5 seconds after I handed them the check a few weeks ago. Not sure why they would have to take so long, even if their bikes are all floorplan loaned from a lender, that should only take a few days based on my old banking days.
