• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Top Case Options for the ST [Limited]

Those indicators are mounted to the factory luggage brackets. That's how the Limited comes from the factory.

    Marks on Wheels

Shouldn't you bring it to your dealer before going over their head to BRP? It definitely looks like something is going on under that clear coat.

    That would be my approach.

    Kumho front tire psi

You got a rare Kenda because ours only lasted 4200 miles. And of course the dealer that did the alignment is going to say it's good.

    Beads or no beads?

I've changed plenty of motorcycle tires that had beads in them and the beads stay in the tire. They don't spill all over the place. I'm old school and just use tire levers and change tires that way. I even did the Spyder tire that way. I pulled off all the factory weights and didn't bother...

Minimum size trailer for 2 Spyders

That would be my suggestion. That's a big trailer and if it's enclosed you'll need a decent size tow vehicle. If it's a V nose you may need to back the first Spyder in.

Minimum size trailer for 2 Spyders

At 9' long you'll be talking a pretty long trailer. If they have no luggage you might be able to get creative pulling one on then backing the other on at an angle. I've got a 7x16 enclosed that my motorcycle and our ST-L fit on but even my bike has to go on at an angle.

    how to remove rear wheel

The method of removing the shock bolt works real good. I used that method when I put on the Kuhmo and the belt went right back to where it was.

    Satin finish...care?

Because anything with a wax in it like a car wash soap will ruin the satin finish by putting a shine on it.

    Satin finish...care?

The satin finish is great until you scratch or chip it. I think I'd rather wax once or twice a year.

    Satin finish...care?

I use Palmolive dish soap and then chamois dry. That's it.

Odometer Display reset to Zero - NO BRP FIX!! Any suggestions

Yeah our 14 ST-L gains time as well. We just adjust it every now and then, no big deal really.

Odometer Display reset to Zero - NO BRP FIX!! Any suggestions

I don't think I'd shy away from buying it as long as the cluster replacement is well documented. If you had paperwork/invoice from the dealer showing the "mileage in" then I'd be ok with it. Unless you're some fly by night motorcycle flipper, then I'm all set.

    998 oil consumption

My ST consumes oil also Don't feel bad, you're not alone. Dealers have all the excuses for oil consumption so I don't even bother mentioning it. It doesn't leave a drip on the garage floor ever so I know it's not leaking. I had a VW dealer tell me that 1 quart in a 1000 miles was considered in...

    Blowing fuse.

Wow, now I see what your fears are. Believe me, I hate dealers too but my worst fear was there was a short buried in the harness somewhere and I wanted no part of that. I figured if they messed something up they'd be on the hook to fix it, not me. I had a brand new car with an issue that the...
