• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Accessories power in F3S

I don't believe that the F3S had a keyed line in the frunk, but you could connect direct to the battery and remember to turn off the radio when you shut down. There is a keyed line under the top left side panel that you could run to the frunk.

9 month goal to be F3L owner

Congratulations on your planning and patience. Keep in mind that 9 months from now you will still be in prime selling season and year end model discounts will likely not be available. If you're looking at used, it may not matter, but if new appeals to you, think about waiting a few more months...

Rear Cargo Hatch open from Nanny

There are 2 tabs, one on either side of the back of the lid, that must fit into the appropriate slots on the case. The lid is very flexible and if one of the tabs is out of position, the lid will close, but the warning light may still come on. Or you may have a faulty switch. :dontknow:

What's the possibility of mounting up a side car to my F3-T.... Has anyone ever done

Try googling "passenger trailer" and apply a little vision. It's not a difficult concept to grasp.

What's the possibility of mounting up a side car to my F3-T.... Has anyone ever done

Have you considered a trailer rather than a hack? The engineering would be much simpler and width would not be an issue.

    Throttle Recall

According to my dealer, it's not a recall, but a technical bulletin for a few affected units. He says that if you're not having a problem with your throttle, don't worry about it.

How long can I leave my Spyder in the garage without starting it up/taking it out?

Since you have an RT, it's a simple procedure to remove the battery and put it on a tender in your home.

    Motorcycle Camping gear

I'd suggest spending some time at an outfitter, such as Cabelas or REI and picking the brains of their well qualified staff. If you want quality gear that will last, you will pay $$$. If you choose Walmart or similar, you'll be replacing gear every season. Don't worry too much about weight, if...

Bob - Industrial Property Insurance Question

Joe had asked his Agents and Brokers for help and according to him, they were very "reluctant" to provide it. I offered alternatives. I don't see where you jump to the conclusion that I have something against Agents and Brokers.:dontknow:

Bob - Industrial Property Insurance Question

Sorry, I don't know of any words that would help. Have you tried any direct writers, the companies that sell insurance without a broker? If you're a vet, you could try USAA, one of the best carriers out there.

Bob - Industrial Property Insurance Question

I'm a retired Property Adjuster and Insurance Restoration Contractor, not an Agent. Insurance is based on replacement value and not market value. What your insurance company is concerned about is the cost to rebuild your property in the event of a loss and therefore want you to insure it for...

    Dealers in the Phoenix area

I gave up on CA about 12 years ago and have never regretted it, so I applaud your desire to move here. Of the many RideNow dealers in this area, I've found the Surprise dealership to be the best of a bad bunch. I have never been to Sierra Cycles, but have heard nothing but good things about...

Missing---Joke Forum, so I'll just start a thread.

Changes in attitude. A young man named John received a parrot as a gift. The parrot had a bad attitude and an even worse vocabulary. Every word out of the bird's mouth was rude, obnoxious and laced with profanity. John tried and tried to change the bird's attitude by consistently saying...

    ARTHRITIS

Thank you all for the suggestions. I've had a hip replaced, need the other done, as well as both knees as a result of playing football (soccer) well into my 60's. Getting rid of the pain is my #1 priority, getting back on the pitch would be a Godsend.

    F3 to F3-T, especially saddlebags

Also consider what you need to carry. The F3-T side bags are considerably smaller than the available after market bags for the F-3. I traded from an RT-S to an F3-L and miss the added capacity of the RT.

    Rt hitch on F3t

The RT harness will not work, but there is a harness available on Ebay for about $120.00 from a Canadian supplier. Sorry, can't remember the name, but I can look it up if you cannot locate. Worked perfectly on my F-3L.
