• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Junk in the Frunk

In the Frunk Ball Cap, map, water bottle, rain suit, extra gloves in case I get caught in a downpour, flashlight with emergency flash, 2 microfiber cloths. And on occasion, everything goes to the back but the rain suits and I put my helmet in the Frunk.

    Cloaking device in working order

Invisible I always ride like I am invisible. My wife and I attended an MSF training class in the spring. I'd recommend that once a year. Fortunately we live in Iowa, in the country, and there is a lot less traffic (and intersections) than what some of you experience.

    Air leak?

Have a 2010 RT-S that sounds like a steam engine when it is releasing steam. It is most noticeable at low speeds and coming to stops. Does anyone have any idea where to begin the search. Also, I have the option for soft and hard ride and was thinking it may be from that.

    Shoes

Boots I picked up a pair of hiking boots. They are thinner on top so I can feel the gear shift better, especially when I'm speeding up. If need be, I'll carry a pair of Redwings in the frunk to change into after I arrive at my destination so my feet will be a little cooler.

    Alarm

Happy to say we picked up our second Spyder tonight (Every family should have two). It is a 2011 RT-S SE5. When we turn the ignition key off it starts beeping. Any ideas on what we don't know or may be causing this to happen. Thanks in advance for the help.

    Still trying to get comfortable

The ride It takes a little while to get used to it, but once you do you won't think a thing of it. Make sure the air pressure in the front tires are within a 1/2 lb from each other. If it is more than that the bike will tell you when you get up to high speeds. Best wishes, watch the...
