• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The dealer won't get to the trike for a week. I will let you all know if they can figure anything out.

    Error Codes P196C, P0524 - Update

Error Codes P196C, P0524 - any insights? Tried going for a ride this morning. I could tell something was not quite right as it took a little more throttle to get going and the take-off was jerkier than usual. I attributed this to the colder than usual temperature (mid 40's). Once moving it ran...

    Another milestone

My highest mileage was 83k on a 1986 Goldwing - and that took 25 years!

    Rear tire air valve

I used a clamp-on chuck for awhile. Getting it on was no problem, but taking it off was. Tended to get caught on the threads and released too much air in the process. Now I use a threaded chuck. I can reach the valve to screw it on for pretty much any wheel position. Losing air when unscrewing...

Considering Going From 2 to 3 Wheels

That goes for me too. I am enjoying my Spyder, but if I could go back to 2-wheels, I would in a heartbeat.

Any Compass' for Spyders that actually work?

I would really like to add a compass to my ride. All the dash mounted bubble types I have tried are useless. Is there anything available that actually works?

Guess someone named Kevin Bliss needed to make a point? Yes, you can flip a Spyder

Typical high side. Back wheel(s) loose traction, rear end swings out, rear tire(s) regain traction - flip. Can be deadly on two wheels at any speed.

Considering Going From 2 to 3 Wheels

I also transitioned from two wheels when I could no longer trust my legs to keep even a mid-size upright in all conditions. BRP runs training classes for the Spyder. If you can find one anywhere near you, I strongly suggest you sign up. It was worth every dollar and every mile I had to drive to...

Considering Going From 2 to 3 Wheels

Second the motion on the DCT. I had a CTX700, which I absolutely loved, mainly because of the DCT. Had to give it up due to arthritis and leg strength problems. My brother has it now and also loves the DCT. I really resent the fact that my body has forced me to give up two wheels. Riding the the...

    It's a little bit trashy.

It seems unlikely it came from Tri-County. I have been using them for service for years. They are a bit pricey, but professional all the way. Critters will pick up all kinds of stuff to make a nest with. I would not rule that out because of cigarette butts. It sure looks like nesting material to me.

Any Experience with Wide View Convex side mirrors for F3Limited

I have 2" blind spot mirrors on the outside of the stock mirrors. About 10 bucks. They cover the entire side. I can't see that the convex mirrors would give better coverage.

    Which Airhawk?

The Airhawk website does not show an option for the Spyder. Which ones would be best for the 2019 F3L? I am small and skinny - 150 lb. My co-rider is a lady about the same weight. Thanks.

I have the Nelson -Rigg. Fits well over the top case. I bit tight in front because I have a taller windscreen. I am happy with it.
