• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    HELP !!

Outlaw Alignment Just paid $119.00 at Profile Power Sports in Conway, NH. Seemed to improve the ride on the way home. I always thought the darting was due to irregularities in our northern New England roads, but there was much less need to correct on the ride home.;)

New Spyder owner, but a couple of problems!

LCD blackout I've had the same thing happen to my LCD. After sitting in direct sunlight the screen turned dark, but then lightened up after being taken out of direct sunlight. Is it possible that the lens is treated like eye glasses that darken in sunlight? Could this be a measure to protect...

shout out to Extreme Power Sports Gaylord, MI

Extreme Powersports I too had a good experience with them. They got me interested in a Spyder. Several years ago while touring in northern MI on a BMW I stopped at Extreme Powersports while the couple I was riding with got a new rear tire on their Honda. (We stopped without an appointment...

    Used my Bumpskid!

Sleeping on a Spyder My wife does it all the time. I know she is asleep when her helmet hits my back and she is pushing me forward. We have armrests to keep her from going off the sides. She also did it on the BMW K1200 LT we previously had.

    Spyderquest Final Itinerary

Foliage for Spyderquest Here on the VT/QC border (east of the Green Mountains) there is some early color. A few isolated trees are approaching peak color. The hills have a faint orange/red hue to them. Higher elevations are more advanced, so would expect early to mid-stage color around...

Who do you go thru for insurance?

Insurance cost I insure with Dairyland. For my Spyder RT-S and my V-Strom 650 the annual premium is $472 for 100/300 liability, collision and comprehensive with $250 deductible. This is in Vermont and I am 69 years old with a clean driving record. Well, almost. One speeding ticket in over...

    Touring the "Gaspe", Quebec

Have done the Gaspe both on snowmobile and bike (K1200LT). Both were great trips. If you will be staying in motels/hotels you might need reservations. On the bike trip we had to do some searching to find a motel near the Forillon National Park at Cap des Rosier. We traveled through Maine and...
