• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    You like what you like I couldn't agree more. I've put most of my miles on by myself, the rest with one other bike usually. Life is too short to conform to the wishes of others. I think we reach a point in life when we say screw it. I'm going to do what " I " want to do.

    Taller risers Are just what you need. Don't be afraid of cutting the bars. It's easy.

    Go for it All of your items are easily done at home. The 1" riser block IS a waste of time and money. Look at the easy risers. If you get stuck, ask questions.:thumbup:

    It has the red gasket and is the larger size cap than the original. I might give my original cap a test run and see how it does. I don't remember if there was ever a problem with it or not. Just tried the original cap. It only tightens slightly better than the brp replacement cap, which is not...

    I need a good quality aftermarket gas cap. The brp replacement cap is a joke. Every time I put gas in , I find that it's just sitting there, loose. I know that it's been talked about recently. If someone knows what to get ,off the top of their head.....:popcorn: ( 08 gs)

    Not sure and no Not sure about the parking brake button. no hand brake available from the factory on anything. There is an aftermarket hand brake kit. Not cheap. 12-1300 ish. Doc Humphry is working on a kit as well.
