• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Spray Cleaner

CycleCare Vendor at Spyderfest 2014 I picked some of this up while at Spyderfest: https://www.cyclecare.com/ I bought Formula 33 and have been happy with the results. It works great on removing dried-on bug splats. It works better the second time around since the first cleaning also works...

    New owner

It's awesome. I drive up from Eagan. I leave my house around 7:30 am. 15 to 20 minutes through The Cities, on a Saturday morning, when traffic is at it's lightest. Then an hour ryding making the transition from city life to country life during the cool morning hours. Meet at Caswell's...

What to do if you DO NOT want a 2014 RT.

So how's this for cruel? I took my '13 RTS in today for it's 14,000 mile service. They told me it would take about 6 hrs (including getting a new rear tire). It's a pretty comprehensive service. I didn't want to rent a trailer, drop it off, and come back and load it up again, take it home...

    Circle Lake Superior Tour

We did the Circle Tour last summer. The rumors are true. It was totally awesome. We started from a southern suburb of Minneapolis, went to Duluth, circled Lake Superior clockwise, and around back to Duluth to "officially" close the loop, then back home. We stopped at all the parks, sites...

Parking the RT622 trailer during Spyderfest

Here's a question for those of you that have been to previous SpyderFests... This is my first one. I'm bringing my RT622 trailer to haul my "stuff" and then back home again (full of FARKLES) after the fest. I am assuming that I won't necessarily need it for the various rydes and events...

First Caswell Ride of the Season

I plan to be there. It will be nice to meet everyone in person. I was ryding my Spyder all summer last year  without knowing what a FARKLE was :dontknow:. Looking forward to discussing :chat: options and suggestions with the more knowledgeable ryders.

    SpyderFest

Well... That's the bing maps estimate. Which assumes nonstop. I image I'll need to stop for gas, nutritional breaks, gas, use of facilities, gas, etc. Then there's the unexpected road construction (if any). Not sure about this time of year. :sour: With my luck, I'll most likely be...

    SpyderFest

I know. I can't wait. :2excited: I had the Spyder out this past Sunday and got 150 miles in. :ohyea:168 days between rides is an AWFUL long time to wait. A little over a month ago I didn't know what a FARKLE was. Now I've got a few on order (SpyderPops BumpSkids, Custom Dynamics LED HMT...

    Minnesota Spyderloves at Spyderfest

Newbie Greetings... I'm new to this group. And new to riding in general. I bought a 2013 Spyder RTS last June and loved putting on 9500 miles before the end of the season. I'd like to attend Spyderfest (for the first time), but have no idea what to expect (beyond what's listed under the...
