• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Is a warranty that crucial?

Simple Hey Y'all, I'm just a simple guy, so I like to keep things that way. Spyders are not common bikes. I consider them to be an "exotic" means of transportation; thus the rock star treatment at the gas pump. Exotics demand trained mechanics, thus $$$$. Have you looked at the price of...

    Running no muffler

The lack of exhaust back pressure will make the bike run really lean (help me Scotty!), and perhaps cause damage to the engine. I don't think its about the sound, its how quickly you get around that track. It sounds like a good time! :D

    hottttttttttt feet lol

Heat Good comment. I can deal with heat below by using proper footware, but my left knee was toasted, and needed relief. I wrapped approximately 24" from the dash to the downward curve. I think the objective is just to wrap critical areas, not the whole pipe. The heat needs to dissipate...

    hottttttttttt feet lol

Exhaust wrap I wrapped the left side last week, and applied the spray (use in well ventilated areas :p). Even though I'm getting a slight burn smell, which I hope it will go away, I'm getting quite a bit of relief. I'm waiting to see how well you have done on the right before I use the rest...

    Spyders everywhere?

Don't quote me on this, but I read sometime ago (during the DPS recall) that there were 15,000 Spyders sold worldwide. It's a safe guess (maybe I'm wrong), there are between 17-20 thousand by now...
