• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Check Engine Light.

Had the same problem, thought it would go away after riding a few miles, but still there. Was told by another member to pull the codes, but that only applies when Ce light is still on. Mine went away after putting in garage for a few hours, that day was 107

Happyspyder2039; checked that one out, as the price was right, but won't fit a '14 according to seller:mad:

    Aftermarket rack

Have been looking at a sports rack, but the brp rack for ~500 is way high for just a rack...something I would cover-up with a top box (hard or soft) anyway. Is there another recommendation for an aftermarket rack for my RSS se5 (2014)?

    Check engine light

Have a new (85 miles) 2014 RSS SE5 and since dealer is closed thought I would ask here, as help has been great in the past. Everything is fine, but after its been in the sun at work ...no shade at work trees still too small.. Getting a check engine light on right side gauge (tach) and a...

RSS SE5 (2014} new no miles

Agree that's why we was attempting to deal with them, recommendations are the best form of advertising. Deal is not dead yet, but they have more than one nail in the coffin. 19,599 base, 5,600 discounts, but starting from inflated value is an issue.

RSS SE5 (2014} new no miles

With discounts that number was quite lower, but discounts applied to a higher MSRP still means they are holding an inflated value and not allowing any negotiations on the web site posted value. Stood on sales floor 20 mins before they came back with numbers, while another sales person kept...

RSS SE5 (2014} new no miles

Attempted to work a deal today but was quoted 19,566 before dealership discounts on a 2014 RSS SE5, correct me if wrong but is that MSRP? Or just an inflated number. No negotiations were offered either on bike value or requested payments, like when buying a car...whole process was weird...

    A good price?

In the market for a 2014 RSS se5. Have found one new at Louis dealership (in Greenville TX) for $14,449, interested if you believe that price can/should be negotiated lower or if that is a good price? Really hate the negotiate side of buying bikes/cars as I really suck at it.
