• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    F3 Demo rides

Demo rides were in Chandler Arizona this weekend. I sat on it and the wife rode it. If I was just 5 years younger :roflblack: and had more space, I would have it in my Garage. I think BRP hit it out of the park in the styling department :2thumbs:. The wife likes the bike and she liked the...

    Pgr banner on rt windshield

:agree: I tried the one that is supposed to stay on the inside of the windshield. Didn't last a quarter mile.

    Winter IS coming

I installed the belt tensioner on mine a couple of weeks ago. It wasn't hard at all to install in that you do not have to drill any holes on the 2014. The instructions were thorough. It appears to be a quality product. I have mixed emotions about it. I have a Garmin Virb camera on the way...

    Sweet Dreams 'Miss Pearl'

My sympathy goes out to you because I know what you are going through. Yes I have had bikes slip sliding in the snow myself in Wyoming and Germany winters. Sometimes you just have to get it out of your system. :roflblack: I rode my 'Miss Pearl' to a Honor Mission for 'Patriot Guard Riders'...

New 2014 RT SE6 with maintenance issues. Could use some advise.

Back from dealership I want to say first that I get a kick out of this machine and I am very happy with it. I took my Vulcan for a ride the other day and almost fell over coming to a stop at my gate on the way out. The balance just isn't there anymore so the Spyder will be keeping me in the...

New 2014 RT SE6 with maintenance issues. Could use some advise.

The RT is at the dealership now. The list is long. The service rider just smiled when I told him about the 17 5g weights on the one front. I had the whine at the top of my list for them. I'll now find out if the extra bucks at time of buy was worth it.

Communication systems on 2014 RTS ?

Thanks for the info. Man this SENA has been complicated for this 'keep it simple' farm boy. QUESTION: If changing the radio cable to the Aux port on the SM10 does not get enough volume, is there any boosters that can be added to the wiring that will boost signal from the RT radio when using...

Communication systems on 2014 RTS ?

Tried again today. Pressed the inner button on the SM10 and that did increase the volume in the speakers. Could be more for these tired ears. Will look into a booster of some sorts.

Communication systems on 2014 RTS ?

I would like to ask you all about the volume. I have been using bluetooth SMH10's for helmet to helmet with the missis and it has works great. I went to the expense of purchasing the 'BRP bluetooth dongle for audio system' from a EBAY dealer and installed the SM10 in the truck of the 2014 RT...

New 2014 RT SE6 with maintenance issues. Could use some advise.

This is a picture from under the left side service cover of a 2014 RT. Anyone know what the two connectors are used for? This is a picture from under the right side service cover. Anyone know what the two connectors are used for?

New 2014 RT SE6 with maintenance issues. Could use some advise.

After returning from a family emergency in Wyoming, I started looking seriously at the new spyder. The windshild support screws under the chrome were not completely tight so the windshield was able to move so much it could rattle on the frame. The left service cover was not installed properly...

Where are the safe places to jack up a 14 RT?

Be careful of the center frame member. You will notice a main frame channel iron with flat plate tacted to it (at least on the 14 RT) Someone put a nice bulge in that flat plate on mine. Why is beyond me. Try using a small block to spread the load in that area.

    Bell Mag 9 Helmet

Purchased two last year. We both liked the helmet alot and how the Sena was integrated with the helmet but there was always alot of wind noice. We were both behind windshields. Ended up buying a Neotec for myself. She bought a Vega. Haven't tried the Bells since the latest Sena updates...
