• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Mr. Toad's wild ryde

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE :clap:to your service to vets. Was riding the other day with gusty winds when a heavy truck passed from the other direction. You know, the one that seems to slow you down 10 to 20 MPH in an instant. With the heavier sway bar, no dip at all, solid as a rock...

New 2014 RT SE6 with maintenance issues. Could use some advise.

Over 1600 miles on 'Miss Pearl' now and the clunking into gear is not a regular occurance. There are times when I have to check the screen to know if it is in gear. There have also been times when shifting into reverse that the engine has died. Starts back up easily though. Oil is where it...

    one for you pilots

Standard procedure for most airlines now is to use autopilot until landing. Some pilots still want to fly but all the younger love the computers. They provide an enormous amount of assistance when after a long day you are tired. You see a trim wheel turning you know it is a Boeing. The...

    Dont Forget

About six miles from Maastricht, in the Netherlands, lie buried 8,301 American soldiers who died in "Operation Market Garden" in the battles to liberate Holland in the fall and winter of 1944. Every one of the men buried in the cemetery, as well as those in the...

HowTo: Replace the Windsheld Arm with Billet Aluminum Arm.

I too have this aftermarket arm just in case. Not knowing how long this part would be available I ordered. It just amazes me that the company has not yet changed this part. I suppose you just have to follow the money. Too costly for BRP or is it something else?

Is this a good thing; or a bad thing?

Do not fret. Buy more stocks. You like to buy things when they are on sale, right. The stock market is now on sale. Pick some good stocks that pay a dividend and wait and enjoy the regular checks when they arrive. So what if the price goes down more. You do not loose anything if you do not...

New Spyder The wife just didn't like riding on the back after having her own two wheels, and she really liked the Spyder, so she is getting a 2014 RT Limited for Christmas so we will be a two spyder family now. It was found in Las Vegas thanks to Ann and Joe. Life is supposed to get less...

New 2014 RT SE6 with maintenance issues. Could use some advise.

I got a call from the service manager at Ridenow after two weeks. I got the impression he was more concerned about any feedback to BRP. Yes, your dealer could give some lessons.

    Spyderfest Campimg

Spyderfest camping Also made the reservation for five days. Will be arriving with two Spyders. It is unfortunate that the govt agency that controls the park does not have any information on their camping facility online. Time for them to join the 21st century?

    beautiful and pretty cool

It is amazing what can be accomplished with the latest lightweight but strong materials. I test flew a retractable, low wing home-build for a friend many years ago. It was a stressful but very satisfing experience. Cheers to the designer of this auto car. I am sure he was very satisfied when...

    Garmin Virb editing and uploads

I am in my first attempt, ie. experience gathering, at producing and uploading a video. Virb edit is a simple program but I found it difficult to smooth out the editing. Is there a good editing software that won't break the bank and easy to run by a computer challenged novice? Virb produces...
