• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Tell Tell Signs between 600 and 900?

:agree: My ride this past Tuesday of 80 miles (round trip on county roads) to my Rally dealer was 39.6 mpg. I average around that a lot. I enjoy the county roads more than the highways. btw 50 miles round trip on the high way.

Ryker handlebars won't lock-in aligned with bracket! Any adjust?

Maybe my rail was from cavity #4 in casting mold, and machined on 2nd shift. Maybe yours was from cavity #7 and machined on 1st shift! Slight difference is noted. The reach may be the same though. By the way that gouge on tank lid is from helmet lock mounted wrong. New lid is in basement...

Ryker handlebars won't lock-in aligned with bracket! Any adjust?

On my Ryker the backside (towards me) of the handlebar stem sits about .100 of an inch forward from the backside of the rail. That's as far back the handlebars will go without using a Rox Riser. (I use one) It's tilted back maybe about 40 degrees. I move handlebars forward to fuel up...

    Handlebar rotation

Here's what I have. I have mine tilted back towards me slightly less than 45 degrees. Be aware it's much better to move bars forward for refueling...

    Atlas Throttle Lock

This is my "Numb Hand Reliever" I like it a lot. The extension is a tie strap cut way down. I think I used some strapping tape under the electrical tape.

    Bag to fit in frunk

Me..being as cheap as I am. I would probably use one or two (doubled up) Ace Hardware plastic bags. They seem good and strong. Problem is, by the time you reach your destination, you might have one big gooey mess up there in the oven...er, I mean Frunk, on your hands to clean up.

    Key question

YES! It is a senior moment, but luckily it happened, (twice?) when just trying to leave home. The worst part is you start wondering what's wrong for a couple seconds....tow?:banghead:

Painted my Ryker panels to change them from Can Am "Red" to real red.

I have the Adrenalin Red, the Yellow, and Black panels. I have painted the top center 3 lids (frunk lid, etc) on the Ryker but not the Adrenalin Red panels. You've helped build up my courage to start can rattling again. But as long as I may paint them, maybe I won't go with red......hmmmmm. I...

GEARBOX; New Torque Spec. in Purchased Manual.

GEARBOX: The oil level check screw WAS? 133 lbf/in. (11 lbf/ft) I just check my oil level the other day. I was wondering why the copper washer was flattened down so much. It was not cracked or leaking. UP TO DATE TORQUE SPEC. is 89 lbf/in. (7.4 lbf/ft) The SMALLER drain plug for draining the...

    Ryker handle bars loose/knocking

I hope you know the 2019 manual is WRONG for checking oil level in gear box. As facing the gear box it's on right side (towards rear wheel) and marked as Oil Level.

    Cvt Belt Replacement

It would be a real bummer to tear into the project, lifting the clam shell etc. Then finding out that you need a couple special tools also. What looks like a bolt with end turned down has a spline on it also. I ordered the tools yesterday. I won't need them for awhile though.

    Cvt Belt Replacement

The 2 X 4 in picture is 14" long. I used a 16" board the 1st time but that just moved the bracing point back further. On missing anything, you'll find that out while practicing. There is a way to tilt the shell higher, but I hope that is not needed to get to the belt. It involves loosening the...

Engine oil capacity differences between 2019 & 2020?

I ordered one gallon of the XPS gearbox oil from Amazon. Due next Monday. Living in Northern Illinois I stuck with the standard 104 degree oil. Buying a gallon is much cheaper than buying a quart or two, in the long run. It's starting to look like the gearbox oil should be changed sooner than...
