• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    F3 factory replacement rear shock

Bottomed out AGAIN! I hit a pot hole with my wife on the back and I bottomed out hard. It was so hard that my wife jarred her back. Now she has to go to chiropractor. I called the dealer that I bought the Spyder from (North County San Diego dealer) and talked to the Service department about...

    F3 Electric Concept Vehicle

They spend $$$ on new technology but can't spend any money on fixing existing 2015 F3 problems; clock, speedometer, rear shock, windshield, belt vibration, and customer service. If you look at the video they are still using the Blue Ridge windshield piece of crap! Give the college some money to...

Am I the only one with a slow F3?

I agree with Jack! I ride for the pleasure of riding, not for the pleasure of speed! RIDE TO RIDE AGAIN! JMHO;)

    Hot Weather Clothing

Protection over comfort! I wear a full face helmet, leather gloves, steel toe work shoes, blue jeans, and a motorcycle jacket with built-in protection. I use a cold pad under the jacket to stay cool. It keeps me cool for the hour + ride home from work during the week...

To laugh or not to laugh..... Oil Change/service pricing!

I am finding out that owning a Spyder is like owning a Porsche. Everything from accessories to labor is expensive. My dealership should have a sign when you walk through the door that says "Bend over and touch your toes! It's going to hurt!" :roflblack::roflblack:

    considering on buying a spyder

I have had my F3-S for 7 months and put on over 10,000 miles with no driving issues. My only recommendation if you are looking at the F3 models, is to get a 2016 model. The 2015 models windshield and rear shock are not the best design but are functional.

    Spyder Sightings

Southern CA sighting Saw a RS model in Wildomar, CA doctor office parking lot. I have been riding my F3-S for 7 months and still have not seen another F3 in my area. A few RT's and RS's.

    Another endless windshield question

I made my own fairing Got tired of the BR "buffering". Fabricated a fairing to mount windshields on. I currently have a sport windshield for the summer to allow more air past.

    High beam headlight burnt out

Dealership says "wearable" item My not so favorite dealership where I bought my Spyder (North County San Diego) said that the headlight bulb was a "wearable" item and it was not covered under the warranty. Less than a year old!:bdh: Looked up the part # and it is a standard halogen bulb...
