• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Shifting up at 5000 revs of higher makes for a smooth quick shift. Shifting up at lower rpms can make a harsher shift.

    Sounds like a bad cruise control switch. I had the same problem with my 2010 RT. It was replaced on warranty.

    When upshifting be sure not to roll off on the throttle and shift up at 4500 or higher rpms. Shifting at higher rpms makes for a smoother faster shift. The Rotax engine is a high rpm engine, the power really comes on at higher rpms.

    Your machine will perform better if you shift up at 4500 or higher rpms. The power really comes on at higher rpms. The Rotax engine is a high rpm design.

    2013 RT Ltd start up shudder

    I have a 2013 Limited and sometimes on a cold start at first the engine does not run smooth. This happens when I back out of the garage. After running a short time it smooths out.

    Motor vibration

    Keep the rpms above 4000 rpm. At lower rpms the vibration you are feeling maybe the engine lugging.

    The chugging is the engine lugging. As mentioned before keep the rpms at 4000 or higher. When upshifting the engine loves to rev. Do not be afraid to shift at higher rpms. It will shift faster and smoother at 4500 or higher rpms.
