• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What wheel balancer do you use for front wheels?

I have a bubble balancer that I bought from JC Whitney years ago. That worked for my fronts. It looks very similar to the HF balancer, I would try that one myself. Sometimes you have to tweak the HF stuff to get it to work properly, you get what you pay for.

Brake light came on for a few seconds and brakes are acting normally.

Be sure to orient the caps correctly when you put them back on. Vents point towards the rear.

Anyone heard of GOOLOO Emergency jump starters? Any good?

I had 2 anti gravity chargers, a bigger one that I carry in my truck and a smaller one that I carry in the spyder. The smaller one started to bulge so I replaced it with a gooloo. I haven't had to use it yet but am looking forward to trying it out.

    Torque axle vs Torque nut

I don't have any knowledge, speculation, or swag about tightening from the axle end but I eliminated this problem by cutting down a deep 1/2 inch drive 6 point socket to a height that allows torquing from the nut end.

I'll fill up on the road if I HAVE to. That pump is really handy though for filling the spyder, lawn mower, tractor etc.

    2020RT remaining gas in tank

I use this pump to fill the spyder with non-ethynol gas that I have in 5 gal. cans for my generator. It guarantees a consistent fill every time.

How long on your original Battery? What did you replace it with??

I sold my 13 RT a couple weeks ago with the original battery in it. I have a dry yuasa on the shelf ready to fill and charge when needed. I've never let it sit for more than a couple days without being plugged into a battery tender.

    RT 1330 MPG ??

Check that air filter before you turn the key again. I myself just bought a 2015 RTS with 6800 mi on it and there was a mouse nest in the air box. Made me sick when I saw it but luckily the filter was intact so no harm done. A 5yr old machine with low miles has been stored for a while in God...

    Tire balancing

I do that with the bubble balancer also. It's a pain in the butt lifting it off, spinning, and putting it back on, but worth it.
