• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

After I got it on the trailer to haul to the dealer the dang thing fired up. With both keys. Every time. But I hauled it to the dealer the next day. The machine showed NO codes. They updated the ECU and installed a new battery. The tech said he has seen a low battery cause that problem...

Vacuum issues? Nope, she's running fine. But I understand it's common to replace the vacuum lines at some point. Can you steer me to where to get them? Is there a kit? How many individual hoses? A video or other instructions? I want to put them in stock and be ready for the inevitable...

    RT-622 Trailer Hub, Bearings, Races

Steve the tool that you use to strike the shoulder is very important. Does not have to be sharp like a point but a more than 90 degree edge. It has to be a sharp edge, not rounded at all. And most important of all it must be HARD steel. Otherwise the hardened steel edge that you are hitting...

    Won't start - Dead Battery?

Any news with the battery Bob? Did he even get in touch with you? Bad things could happen if you accidentally short out a battery and it didn't seem like that guy was aware of that. I'm a bit concerned because we didn't hear more. That was a very nice offer!

    Yuasa Battery

That is an excellent video on how to prepare the battery before installation. Because the procedure is somewhat complicated and time consuming that's the reason I will only buy a battery where I need to do the preparation. That way I'm confident the battery is properly prepared.

Oil Change - What's all the fuss about??

Dgobel is correct. No need to take the other panels off. Just the front one you take off to check the oil. Like him I put the HF jack under the bike to lift it and use jack stands under the front. Then you can put your head under there to see what's going on. Of course I'm way younger than...

    Won't start - Dead Battery?

Hello Ticketbait. You know there is DANGER there? Don't touch anything metal to your positive terminal and the frame or other component at the same time! That would be a direct short which will spark and cause terrific heat. Please be careful.
