• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    2017 Spyder?? Slingshot protype?

They're battery powered. There are tons of them around the beaches in this area and in Key West. They go maybe 20 mph.

    A deak? NFI

These Chinese trikes had a website a few years ago. Don't know if they still have one. Anyway, the guy who owned the site and was supposed to be the Lamont of those trikes said flat out to never try and ride one over 50mph. They were so unstable (no computers) that they were going to crash at...

well i found a new traffic camera in my area

We don't have speed cameras around here, but we have lots of red light cameras. I keep from getting tickets simply by stopping for red lights. And considering I consider running red lights one of the most dangerous, stupid things one can do, I have no problems with them.

I kinda wondered about that, too. It seems the problem rests with him, not her. :sour:

RTS To Sell or Keep? (Bajaron Sway Bar)

Fortunately for me, I quickly learned my handling problems were cause by holding on to the bars too tightly. Riding from St Louis to the Florida Space Coast quickly cured that problem and I haven't had it since. And, while I've had the laser alignment (about a year ago) I've never had the Baja...

Gloves - How long should they last

Personally, I wouldn't buy any Speed and Strength gear, but that's just me. I wear Tourmaster Cruiser 2 gloves and my current pair have lasted over five years and they're still going strong. For cooler weather I wear Olympia gloves (can't remember the model) and they've lasted just as long.

    Helmet Storage Question

When I'm at home my helmet's in the air conditioning with me. If it's a short stop somewhere I'll put it in the frunk. If I'm going to be away for awhile and it's really hot I bring it with me.

What Type of Helmet Do You Wear?

Shoei RF-1100 99% of the time. When I ride in a parade I wear a Scorpion half helmet. As soon as the parade is over I'm back to the Shoei.

Can we have a reasonable discussion about this?

When I'm riding on the highway I often have my feet on the highway pegs. I'd like a hand brake just so I'd have a faster way to the brake when I'm riding like that. It wouldn't be my primary means of getting to the brake...that would remain the foot brake. But having a hand brake, too, would...

    2013 heat fix for non-2013 RT's.

Has anyone with a 2010-2012 RT who did NOT have overheating problems get the 2013 airscoop heat-fix anyway? Just to get the scoops on and keep the heat down a little more? Just curious.
